Responsibilities : As part of the UK Retail Management team, the Retail Sales Manager will need to effectively manage the day to day running of our Manchester store and manage the Retail Sales Team. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding daily, monthly and annual sales targets alongside identifying sales opportunities. You will be dynamic and motivated with a strong drive and passion for sales. You will be constantly working to achieve and exceed sales targets. Helping to develop local business leads and relationships in order to produce sales, will be a core focus of this role. You are accountable for the end to end in-store Customer buying experience. You will work with the Retail Management Team to ensure the full operations works seamlessly. You will lead a team of sales ambassadors for Powerhouse Fitness. You will ensure the team are sufficiently trained and confident to provide a first class Customer and strong sales experience. Requirements : - Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience of managing and training a sales team
