Sales & Marketing Director - Remote

Are you a senior sales and marketing lead who is looking for an opportunity, that will allow you to shape growth and marketing strategy?  Our client, a forward-thinking Legal firm with ambitious plans for market growth are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director with a deep understanding of the legal industry and a passion for innovation. This is a role that can be largely worked from home with a couple of days per month in the offices in Kent and additional travel to marketing events as needed

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote their legal services and brand. Responsible for a small Sales & Marketing team the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Managing Partner to devise and implement a sales and marketing strategy.

 This is a newly created role, pivotal to the organisation’s success with responsibilities across all Sales and Marketing activities including Business Development initiatives, client retention,  creation of marketing campaigns, performance metrics and budget management.

 To be considered for this role you must be able to perform at a strategic level with a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the Legal sector. You will have previously created measurable campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a senior Sales & Marketing role
• Must have worked within the Legal sector.
• Confident in creating and delivering marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Marketing principles
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong project management skills
• Sound commercial acumen.

The salary on offer is up to £90,000. This is a remote based role with occasional travel to the client’s offices based in Tunbridge Wells
