The Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate agency, specialising in residential sales, letting & property management, and new homes.

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will drive sales and nurturing client relations in a busy estate agency environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Deliver precise and comprehensive property information.
- Facilitate sales negotiations for clients.
- Promote properties through various marketing channels.
- Support the creation of property listings and promotional content.
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients and buyers.
- Keep informed about market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
- Ideally have experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the local property market would be beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence.
