An incredible opportunity has become available for a well known and respected Residential Sales estate agency in Oxford.
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing company and really make your mark in the property industry.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to 18 months experience (Summertown experience preferable) in a similar role and must be driven, target focused and be able to deliver service levels to a high degree.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Managing an established portfolio of Buyers and Sellers
* Engaging with property owners, developers and buyers directly - therefore excellent communication & organisational skills are required
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
* Keeping up to date with local and regional market trends to be that pinnacle point of contact for stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements are met
This is a full time role which rewards you with:
* Base salary of £20,000+ (DoE) and an OTE of £40,000 to £45,000 (DoE)
