An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our long-standing client based in Barnard Castle, who is currently seeking a Sales Office Manager. You will be a driven individual, with excellent customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have property sales experience, however candidates with a demonstrated sales background and strong sales etiquette may be considered.
As the successful Sales Office Manager your duties will include:
* Handling queries and greeting visitors
* Up keeping records
* Registering applicants and arranging viewings
* Negotiating with potential buyers
* Advertising properties and providing key property insight
* Working closely with the Branch Manager
* Working closely with the Branch Manager and other departments
* Working towards sales targets
* Providing general sales support to the team
What we are looking for:
* Experience within property or estate agency (desirable)
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Demonstrated sales experience and a desire to learn
* The ability to multi-task with a proactive nature
* A professional and positive attitude
* Excellent customer service skills on all levels
* Strong IT skills
* A keen eye for detail
To be successful as a Sales Office Manager, and join the growing team, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks, with an enthusiastic nature, and in return you will receive salary up to £29,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of up to £34, 000. You will work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning, and receive excellent company benefits and the ability to develop.
