c. 35k plus bonus of around 2k, M-F, 8.30am to 5pm (40hrs per week), Perm, DN8, excellent holidays

Sales Office Manager will

Provide support, guidence and instruction to a small team of internal sales and customer services reps, providing a high level of customer care and sales activity to a large database of companies.

Take a lead with developing long standing business relationships with existing & new customers, manage your team to do the same. Dealing with enquiries over email & telephone to secure orders and maximise profit margins.

Take a lead in and manage your team to provide support with technical enquiries, arrange customer quotations and provide pricing, delivery and lead time guidance, complete sales and purchase orders using Sage and arrange delivery schedules for projects.

Excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills

Abilities with Microsoft Office as well as a good level numeracy

Benefits of the Sales Office Manager position include:

Salary: c. 35k depending on experience, skills and abilities

Bonus: There is a bonus which is paid dependant on annual success usually around 2k
