Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include preparing and assessing merchants in the first part of the journey in our Production Line. This is a crucial role to reach YouLend’s strategic goals and ambitions and some of the responsibilities also entails:
- Supporting our Credit Decision Team in pricing our financing offers to merchants
- Reviewing company information and financial inputs and make sure it meets investor audit requirements
- Diligently qualifying and preparing the leads for our sales team
- Perform rigorous quality assurance by reconciling information between documents and internal systems. Solve any discrepancies by working with the sales and credit decisions team
- Contribute to developing best-in-class structure and scalable processes
- Foster a positive team culture. We love our people and celebrate our wins together
