About the role:

As the Sales Strategy and Operations Associate at InPost, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales team's growth and scalability. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and drive operational efficiency within the sales organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Sales Analytics: Generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance.
  • CRM Improvement: Support the seamless migration to a new CRM system. Implement enhancements and optimizations to maximize. Provide ongoing support to sales teams for CRM-related queries and challenges.
  • Technology Integration: Implement and manage sales technologies and tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and update sales documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Special projects: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall development of a high-performing sales organization (pricing, performance management, goalsetting, deal desk management, others).

  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience in CRM management and support.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated proficiency in managing and executing special projects from inception to completion.
  • Sales Operations Experience: Previous experience in Sales Operations or a similar role within a high-growth environment.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication to convey complex concepts and project updates to various stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems, analytics tools, and other sales technologies.
