A new instruction for a Sales Operations Co-ordinator/Specialist with an established manufacturing client in the area.
Role Synopsis:
This role is very much a support role and ideal for an individual with experience working alongside international sales teams, or Sales Operations (cross functional collaboration), together with good project management capabilities, strong analytical skills (data analysis), combined with a really good understanding of customer management.
A team player who enjoys being hands on, who wants to get involved, who enjoys working under pressure and who wants to make a difference.
Package Details:
Very attractive rate of pay
The role is initially presented on a minimum fixed term basis for 12 months (very likely to be for longer).
Start date preferred 13th March 2024 to facilitate a short handover
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday

Personal Specification:
Experience in international sales or Sales Operations
Experience of working in a cross functional and complex environment
Strong analytical skills with equally strong proficiency in Excel
Competency in SAP (essential)
Experience with CRM Salesforce (desirable)
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
High attention to detail
Good planning and organisational skills
Efficient working under pressure and good time management
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Languages: English (essential), Dutch/any other European language desirable
Tasks in Summary:
This is a critical role supporting Marketing in driving sales growth, tracking performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Analysis: Regular analysis of internal sales, in-market sales performance, inventory level, competition, etc; Generating and preparing actionable insights/reports for potential input into monthly business review.
Sales Operations: Support all aspects of Sales Operations, including but not limited to onboarding of new distributors, facilitating order processing, customer price list maintenance, CRM (Salesforce) update, sample management, ad hoc customer requests, etc.
Account Management: Serve as proxy for sales/account managers as may be required.
Demand Planning: Partake and support the commercial team in the demand planning process as necessary.
Brand Protection: supports tracking of trademark/brand infringement issues and reporting appropriately via internal channel.
Business Support: other tasks as may be assigned to support the sales team in delivering business results.
