Responsible for providing strong, professional and compliant administration support to the Sales and Service team, this role will include:
- Creating sales and service quotes
- Processing purchase invoices
- Coordinating deliveries and preparing relevant paperwork
- Issuing invoices
- Keeping the CRM up to date and accurate
- First point of contact between internal departments and freight forwarders
You will have previous experience within a similar role, well developed communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively to meet changing timescales.
