We're on the lookout for: An enthusiastic, customer-oriented professional eager to contribute to our client's mission of revolutionising workspaces. Ideal candidates will possess strong administration and communication skills, sales/project coordination experience, and a detail-oriented approach to their work.
Your role as a Sales Administrator will nvolve:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless journey from the first contact to order completion and beyond
- Assisting the Sales Team with order management and client relationship upkeep
- Overseeing project specifics, including organising mock-ups, facilitating sales presentations, and conducting site visits
- Handling order processing and coordination across departments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
