Henderson Brown is exclusively supporting our client in the recruitment of an organised and engaging Sales & Support Executive. Working within the account management team, this administration-based support role is fast paced and varied with the aim to ensure the highest level of customer service is given to all clients which is vital for the success of the business.
The role will cover the customer journey from onboarding, aftercare, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities of the Sales & Support Executive:
Manage the sales onboarding process which includes regular communication via email, phone, and video to facilitate new client setup.
Manage onboarding documents and keep clients informed of application progress.
Coordinate with Compliance Team
Set up sites and channels for new clients.
Conduct demonstrations via video call.
Address and support with client pay-out and account queries.
Handle complaints and resolve issues.
Assist Account Manager and prepare for promotional events.
Maintain CRM system.
Compile relevant reports and conduct Commercial Reviews
Attend Sales & Marketing events in the UK (1-2 time per year)
Skills and experience required:
Strong administration skills with experience in a similar role
Confident and capable using Microsoft office.
Effective communicator- email, telephone, and video
Process driven and able to prioritise your own workload.
Have a strong 'team' ethos and enjoy working collaboratively.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
It is essential you have a valid driving license and access to your own transport.
What's on offer?
A starting salary of 25,000 with an annual salary review
Full time permanent contract- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
