The opportunity will work alongside the designated field sales rep, delivering customer support assisting with the sales process and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will process orders, ensure order fulfilment taking ownership and assisting with quotations. The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role for an SME business where it's very much hands on and being innovative to ensure a great customer experience whilst being commercially focused. Responsibilities/Duties:
- To prioritise your customer base and create a proactive contact regime.
- Ensure that your sales rep is getting the right face to face appointments.
- To ensure that any customer receives a quote within 24 hours of the visit
- To deliver with your Sales Exec the targeted number of orders per week
- To deliver with your Sales Exec all weekly and monthly sales targets for your customer base.
- Ensure that all customer’s queries are answered promptly and efficiently.
- To identify all of your customers that either can’t or won’t order via VBOP themselves and agree an action plan for these customers with the Operations Director.
- To check on a daily basis all of the orders placed by your customer base and those that can’t be fulfilled immediately, ensure that the customer is aware of their options, partial delivery or alternatives.
- Carry out any customer related tasks requested by your Sales Executive
- Any other Duties as required by your Line Manager

- Previous experience in a Sales Support role
