This role focuses on providing technical support technical support via phone, email, and chat and diagnosing and resolving any technical issues clients may have. Responsibilities:
- Use your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose any issues.
- Communicating effectively with customers from all industries, ensuring they feel valued.
- Proactively identifying and documenting solutions to common issues, contributing to our knowledge base and improving overall support efficiency.
- Support Sales Team in setting up demo accounts and new customer accounts
- Create and update records in databases with customer and prospective customer data
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Customer Support.
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and de-escalate situations.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- The ability to work independently
This company is based in Watford; however, they work on a hybrid basis, so you will only be required to go into the office two days per week.
