Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an international manufacturing company, specialising in distribution amongst the aviation industry. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support (Fluent German Speaking)
Responsibilities Include;
- Managing and developing sales accounts
- Providing quotes to clients
- Following-up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing accounts
- Processing orders onto the inhouse system
- Being a point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively approaching new clients, cold calling new potential business
Key Skills;
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Preferably previous experience in Sales Support
- Good level of IT knowledge (Microsoft, Internet etc.)
- Friendly and Professional Manner, previous customer service experience
