- Full-Time - 37.5 Hours a Week; Mon-Fri; 09:00-17:30; 2x Days a Week Onsite
- Part-Time - 22.5 Hours and Up; Days Dependent Upon Individual; 2x Days a Week Onsite
Are you passionate about delivering premium customer experiences? Our client, a luxury retailer, is seeking a new Sales Operations Support Specialist to join their high performing and welcoming team.
As part of their dedicated department, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery, embodying their brand values of innovation, trust, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Service**
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries to promote continuous process improvement.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance the customer experience.
**Delivery Management**
- Manage home delivery orders with precision and accuracy.
- Handle customer relationship management and conflict resolution effectively.
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Sales Support Coordination**
- Input sales orders accurately into Salesforce and JDE systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
**General Administration**
- Provide cross-functional administrative support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
**Brand Ambassador**
- Represent the company brand with integrity and trustworthiness.
- Cultivate valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive adherence to efficient processes and practices to meet customer needs effectively.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
- Experience in the luxury retail space and/or logistics is desirable.
- Experience in a process-driven Sales role would be desirable.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or alternative CRM) and Excel would also be desirable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
