A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist prepare service sales and hardware proposals for the
Power Protection product group for the UK & Ireland region.
In this role, a strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective
solutions.

Description

Your responsibilities
Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms.
Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers' needs.
Providing assistance and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
Studying customers' needs and competitors' offerings through market intelligence and insight from sales teams.

Profile

Your background
1-2 years of experience in the electrical industry, working as internal Sales Support or technical support with a strong eye
for detail, accuracy and commercial acumen.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of software tools.
Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
