Full time, 12 months fixed term contract
Package: up to £28,750 per annum OTE + company car or car allowance
Working: 37.5hrs/week, Monday to Friday
Training: w/c 15 April, start in resellers 7 May

Working for REL Field Marketing as a Business Development Executive, you will join our team playing a pivotal role in ensuring that a Leading Computing Vendor’s products are proactively sold through education, planning, and effective communication.
What you’ll do:
- Drive proactive sales of products and solutions through education and planning activities
- Conduct partner site visits, SPIFF days, training sessions, and pipeline management initiatives
- Work with partner marketing teams to discover opportunities to design and deliver targeted campaigns to end users, both digital and in-person
- Craft regular, accurate communications to all partners, keeping the brand at the forefront of their minds
- Conduct regular visits to build rapport and drive business traction
- Facilitate access to marketing budgets for end user activities working with distribution and partners
- Work closely with the brand’s broader Channel Team to achieve shared goals and support partner success

What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and partner landscape
- Proven experience in sales training (channel enablement or a related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and training materials
