Eleven have been retained to find a Scale-Up Scientist/Engineer to join our innovative advanced materials client. The role is integral to developing innovative technologies from the lab to pilot plant and production scales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate rigorous experimental data on processes to inform scale-up and engineering design.
- Design and conduct robust experiments to support commercialisation projects (e.g., licensee PDP, FEED).
- Play a significant role in the scale-up of our technology from lab to pilot plant and production scales.
- MSc, MEng, or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on R&D experience in chemical experimentation.
- Experience and/or understanding of scale-up and process engineering principles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) is desirable.
