- Job title:Scheduling Support
- Location: Leicester, LE2
- Contract: 12 month temporary worker via Reed, with the opportunity to go permanent in the future
- Hourly pay rate: £12.76 per hour
- Working hours: 8am to 4pm, Hybrid 2 days on site.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Recruitment process: telephone interview with Reed followed by an onsite assessment centre with Cadent Gas
What we ask from you?
We are looking for individuals who are skilled utilising SAP, with proven experience of working efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, providing that top level customer service while seeking ways we can improve hoe we work.
Role Accountabilities:
- Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan.
- Supporting the overall priority of work.
- Co-ordinating work with other areas of the business and having a holistic view of all work required to be completed 'onday' and short to long term.
- Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training.
- Assisting in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures.
- Participating in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable Network performance gaps to be identified and improved.
- Being highly organised with attention to detail to ensure data assurance and be able to interrogate systems where required to obtain information to aid the job instructions and ensure completion is right first time.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Support and coach colleagues in order to achieve individual, team and departments goals and aspirations.
- Adapt to changing priorities in response to business demands
