We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator for a ‘Good’ secondary school in the KIrklees area. The school are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, the role will be full time, 8:00 – 4:00 Monday to Friday. Main duties will include general office support including managing the attendance – experience of SIMS is desired.
The school is part of an academy trust who are focused providing students and staff with a positive and welcoming environment.
Successful applicants will have –
- General admin duties within the school
- Using the school computer systems to input data and update student information
- Providing support to the office, staff and pupils when required
- Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Responsibilities such as photocopying, dealing with deliveries and covering the school reception
