School Administrator For Vibrant Family-Oriented Prep School

Looking for a well-organised people person, to assist with various administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of a happy and vibrant family-oriented Prep school.

You will be the School Administrator helping out with all administrative duties whilst turning your hand to any other jobs that pop up ensuring the smooth running of the school

Duties will include:

• Front of house duties – first point of contact, taking calls, liaising with parents, teachers etc.
• Office administration
• Diary management
• Data entry
• Helping with school events
