School Administrator / Office Manager

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced School Administrator for a primary school in Chester.

The role is a full time position starting after February half term from 26th February through until the end of the academic year. The hours for the office would be 8:30am to 4:00pm at an hourly rate starting from £12.50+ an hour.

The ideal candidate to become a successful administrator is someone who will be the face of a proud and thriving school that can offer services and support to staff, students and parents.

Role and responsibilities include -

• Approachable and friendly manner to welcome staff, pupils and parents to the school.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong administrative knowledge including IT.
• A willingness to learn and adapt well with problems and tasks.
• Deal with incoming emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
