Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours each day. Flexible start and finish times but MUST include working between 12pm - 1pm. Fixed term contract until July 2025.
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £10,895 per annum.
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
Can you contribute to the smooth running of our academy?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to provide general administrative support as part of the Academy Administrative Team, with specific tasks related to data, admissions and student rewards. This role will also provide cover to the receptionist during lunch breaks and absence.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
Accurately maintaining student records in line with our GDPR and Safeguarding policies
Acting as a liaison between academy leaders, staff and parents to aid communication
Assist with all administrative tasks and procedures associated with organising our academy celebration events and parent events.
Run the reward store to ensure that students are able to access appropriate rewards for their behaviour
We are looking for someone who has:
Previously worked within a school environment or in an administration role
Ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands and interruptions
Effective communication skills and has the ability to form positive working relationships across the Academy
A positive 'can do' attitude
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Works accurately with great attention to detail
