Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional service? We are seeking an IT Technician to join our school. This is an immediate start opportunity, and we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff and students, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and manage computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance technology integration in classrooms.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing technology trends and willingness to learn.
