Sexton’s Manor is a very friendly and successful primary school in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds. We are a well-equipped school with extensive grounds, excellent staff training and support.
We are looking for an individual who can cope in a busy office environment and has a calm and friendly manner.
You will be working with the Headteacher and Business Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a busy School Office.
You will have:
- knowledge of Arbor management Information System is desirable however; training will be provided
- good attendance
- experience of handling school dinner money
- experience of administration for our Breakfast and Afterschool Club
- Experience of working in a busy office
- knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- the ability to be adaptable, discreet and maintain confidentiality.
