School Receptionist

Your new company Hays Education are working with a secondary school in Nottingham who are looking for a School Receptionist to start after Easter. This position is initially presented as a long-term temporary role, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Your new roleAs a School Receptionist, you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school that ensure it runs smoothly. Your duties may include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
• Supporting parents, staff and students with enquiries
• Directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• General office administrative duties
