A little bit about the role
The Programme Manager leads the development and delivery of the Step Forward programme; a national leadership development programme for Frontline fellows (alumnae) in the early stages of their career.
The programme attracts and trains ~70 fellows per year through residentials, practice development groups, change maker networks and 1:1 coaching. The successful candidates will have strong project management skills, experience of programme delivery and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will need to liaise and collaborate with several teams across the organisation to ensure effective delivery and report to funders.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Utilise project plans, timelines, and manage the programme budget to meet KPIs
- Work with experts to lead the design and development of the curriculum including identifying and briefing facilitators to lead sessions at residentials and for online workshops
- Collect and analyse feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the programme
- Communicate and manage relationships effectively with fellows
