SCRIPT & PRODUCTION OFFICER - F/T
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Script & Production Officer to join ATT supporting with the delivery of their theatre-based learning projects.
As Script & Production Officer, you will be required to provide general support to the Casting + Content department, to help manage content and overall production of ATT's mobile projects. You will provide hands-on support with project content & the casting of roles.
Main duties to include but not limited to:
Managing the upkeep & distribution of content for mobile projects.
Updating & uploading scripts as appropriate
Creating programme documents and delivery outlines
Assisting with booking documentation & schedules
Assisting with setting up live & virtual auditions, rehearsals & briefings
Setting up regular 'working group' meetings. Providing agendas & recording minutes
Upkeep of data in both our event software and our personnel management software.
Co-ordination of costume, learning materials & equipment for immersive programmes
Managing the tracking, provision & purchase of costumes where relevant
Regular travel to sites & deliveries
Beneficial skills to have:
A degree-level qualification in a related subject OR equivalent, relevant training & experience
At least 2 years experience of working in live events of any type - theatre experience is an advantage
Experience in dealing with complicated schedules, in a live events setting
The ability to demonstrate an understanding of the challenges of working with a large cohort of freelance consultants (actors/trainers)
High level of competency in IT skills (general administration)
High level of competency in English and Maths
