Teaching and Learning Responsibility: TLR2d - £7847
Main ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience, you will teach a range of Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 classes alongside specialist English teaching colleagues of the highest calibre. As Second in English, you will work actively with the Heads of Department in ensuring the department is effectively supported, and in providing students with enriching and engaging opportunities to develop their love of literature and language within lessons and beyond the formal curriculum.
The Ideal CandidateRequired from September 2024 a highly motivated member of staff with specialist subject knowledge and interest in teaching English.  You will have, or be developing, outstanding teaching practice in addition to having a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.  You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be innovative and enthusiastic.
