SalaryHEART Academies Trust are looking for a Second Line IT Technician to support the Technical IT Manager in providing a comprehensive and responsive technical ICT support service for all schools.
About this Role
To assist in maintaining and developing an ICT infrastructure that is secure, reliable, robust and resilient and supports all aspects of teaching and learning, along with operational and administrative support, across each school and department within HEART Academies Trust.
To provide technical support in order to identify and resolve ICT issues.
To provide technical input and support for ICT projects across the Trust, including setup work for academies joining the Trust’s infrastructure.
To work collaboratively with all staff and parents/carers in order to support student well-being and promote the values of the Trust and each school.
The position is full-time, all year around. 37 working hours per week (08:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:30 on Fridays with a half hour unpaid break)
Salary: £32,000.00 Annually (FTE)

Start Date: In line with DBS clearance (approx 2-4 weeks)
