Duties to be undertaken:-
• Dealing with complaints – both by email or telephone and ensuring that these are followed up and the person is keep informed.
• Administrator for organising Away Days with Leadership Team and the Wider Leadership Team, venue, refreshments
• MAFs – adding the Assistant Chief Executive’s signature, updating the MAF Tracker, sending a PDF copy to the relevant officer.
• Diary management/inbox monitoring for the Assistant Chief Executive.
• Providing support for the administration of the Leadership Team meetings. Prepare agendas, taking notes and maintaining the action tracker.
• Taking notes for DMY meetings and other meetings as appropriate.
• Post -dealing with correspondence addressed to the Assistant Chief Executive.
• SBS – raising and receipting orders as required.
• Maintaining the Gifts and Hospitality Register for Leadership Team.
• Diary Management – arranging meetings as requested.
• Providing support to the Chief executive’s PA and office.
