SalaryTradewind are looking to appoint a 1:1 SEMH Support Assistant. You will need to be able to travel to the borough of Camden and have experience working in the care / support or education sector.
Role - 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location - Camden, London
Hours - Monday - Friday (8:30am - 15:30pm)
Pay - Daily Rate (£85- £100)
The role
As a 1:1 SEN Support Assistant you will be working with an individual pupil who requires additional support. The pupil has SEMH needs and works with an ECHP plan. As a 1:1 you will be required to follow your pupils EHC plan and put their needs first. Sometimes the behaviour of the pupil can be challenging so you will need to be able to diffuse high pressured situations in a calm and professional manner whilst putting the needs of the pupils first.
- Full-time hours Monday - Friday.
- Competitive hourly rate £13.00 - £15.25 p/h.
- Experience in the care / support / education system desirable.
- No relevant qualifications to education required.
- Camden based - able to travel to and from daily.
