About the Role:

As an SEMH Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education across various subjects to our diverse student body. Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a genuine passion for working with children with severe SEMH needs. The ideal candidate would likely possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Experience working with children with SEMH needs, preferably in a specialist provision.

- Strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning and behaviour.

- Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.

- Adaptability and resilience in a challenging educational setting.

- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and interventions for SEMH students.

- A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Salary and Contract:

This is a long-term position with immediate availability. The starting salary ranges from £170 to £220 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Why Join Us?

- Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

- Supportive and collaborative team environment.

- Continued professional development and training opportunities.

- Competitive salary and benefits package.

If you are a compassionate and dedicated educator looking to embark on a rewarding journey with us, we would love to hear from you!
