Semi Senior Accountant

Fin Search are recruiting a newly created Semi Senior Accountant role on a permanent basis for a growing accountancy practice with a loyal and varied client base, with offices based in Wetherby.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified/studier looking to manage their own portfolio of clients, not only producing accounts but providing added value commercial business advice.

Day release study support is available if desired.

As a Semi Senior Accountant, this role will be reporting in to the Managing Director, responsible for providing an all encompassing accounting and advisory service to a portfolio of clients.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, financial accounts preparation, providing tax advice and completing returns, payroll management and training clients on how to use Xero.

The successful candidate will:

• Be studying towards ACCA/ACA or be AAT qualified
• Have a practice background
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

£30,000 - £45,000 + full ACCA/ACA study support (with the option for day release) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + pension scheme + free on site parking + heath cashplan + opportunity to join a growing practice in a role with a clear progression plan
