ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a highly-regarded SEND school we work alongside in Lichfield area. They are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant that have sound knowledge of moderate to complex educational needs, primarily Autism.
About the role
- Assisting 1:1 and in small nurture groups with additional needs, encouraging students to engage and interact with the lessons.
- Being there to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all students, promoting a positive atmosphere.
- The school are looking for staff to start as soon as possible, and also in late February 2024 for long term, ongoing roles.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in working with the specialist needs of students with autism and MLD
- Have excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
