As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with a dynamic group of special needs children with ADHD and challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing one-to-one support to children during classroom activities
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing personalise learning plans
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with other support staff and professionals to address individual needs
- Implementing behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policies
Relevant experience supporting children with ADHD and challenging behaviour is essential.
