FIND are a specialist staffing business in the Human Capital, Training & Education sector. We’re currently recruiting a Senior Account Manager for a leading IT & Digital Training Consultancy.
Our client is actively seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join the Customer Growth team.
The Employer: A leading provider of Learning and Development (L&D), Training, and Talent solutions, we cater to the needs of the FTSE 250, specialising in training and reskilling technology communities.
The Role: In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of 5 clients, including a mix of Enterprise and FTSE 100 Employers. While primarily focused on nurturing existing client relationships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding client spend across your portfolio. Whether it's enhancing current services or identifying new opportunities, your sales acumen will be instrumental in driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Technology Leaders and HR/Talent Leaders.
- Drive expansion of client spend through proactive engagement and identification of opportunities.
- Identify new buyers / stakeholders across your client portfolio and ensure we are creating more revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Human Capital / People Services market, with exposure to areas such as Staffing, RPO/MSP, L&D, or Professional Education.
- Utilise your knowledge of the technology landscape to enhance client engagement and drive business outcomes.
Location: This is a home-based position, with regular travel into London required to engage with clients. Proximity to London or willingness to travel is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
- OTE: £25,000
