A vacancy exists for a Senior Accounts Administrator based at the union’s head office.

The principal duties are:to support the delivery of efficient and effective accounts management services to the union ensuring payments and queries are promptly actioned in line with Union guidelines..
The successful applicant will possess: knowledge of accounting software; knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation; knowledge of bank reconciliation; an ability to support and motivate staff to work to agreed deadlines to ensure accuracy at all times; IT literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite; well-developed planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
