Form of workA Senior Accounts Assistant is needed to assist with a busy period for a hospitality company based in Central London.
The role is hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
The role of the Accounts Assistant will include:
- Supporting audit by providing information, pulling reports from the system and answering queries on the P+L and other areas
- Multicurrency reconciliations
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and supporting them in their duties
- Supporting with month-end tasks
The ideal Accounts Assistant will:
- Have some experience in the hospitality or retail industry
- Have experience pulling reports
- Have a solid understanding of P+Ls
- Have multicurrency reconciliations experience
- Be immediately available
