Mandatory requirements
- Extensive senior PA experience
- Strong organizational skills and experience
- Professional and confident to communicate with people at all level
- Accurate English: ability to write letters and reports on the Directors’ behalf
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- Proactive and flexible approach
- A “Can do” Attitude
The main responsibility will be to
- Keeping in regular contact with all customers
- Responding to telephone, website leads and using internal software as well as data entry into the internal software
- Maintaining previous business and acquiring new
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Providing perfect customer service
– Also you must be customer focus, must take pride in presentation
– Polite and always Smiling.
Experience : Either hotel or serviced apartments experience is preferred.
You will be located at our Canary Wharf office with flexible hour shifts.
