We are looking for an organised person to fill the role of Senior Admin Assistant for our public libraries. You will need experience in an administrative role and strong skills in Excel and Access, as well as some experience of producing and reporting statistics. This role demands strong ICT skills, particularly for Excel and Access to handle the administrative, logistical and statistical needs of the service. You will also be producing staff rotas and supervising the work of the other Admin staff. As well as good customer care skills, you will need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You will work 17.5 hours per week on a job share basis, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 1.30pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11am - 2.30pm.
