Senior Administrator

Your new companyOur client, a legal firm, are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their business. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity. Your new roleIn your new role you will be part of and have supervisory responsibility for our Front of House team whilst also attending to the organisation of office facilities and supplies. This opportunity will be ideal for a customer-focussed individual with an excellent work ethic. Within your new role you will be an active part of the day to day running of the office, operating their reception, managing post and deliveries, preparing meeting rooms, as well as coordinating routine and unplanned maintenance of both the building and grounds of the office. Other duties will include archiving, record management and assisting in organising events held at the office. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you must have previous experience in a similar role, such as administration or office management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, including good written and numeracy skills, and be capable of operating basic account procedures using accounting software such as SAGE. Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential, and the ideal candidate will also be able to manage a diverse workload and demonstrate great attention to detail.
