Reed in Teesside are currently representing a Stockton based client who are looking to expand their Commercial team with a full time, permanent Senior Administrator.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide adhoc sales and marketing input and assistance to the Office Manager on adhoc projects and cover a ‘deputy’ role during periods of their annual leave. Please note, this role is office based, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
The commercial team is built around Internal Sales and Customer Service – you will be joining a team of 5x and as a Senior Administrator you will cover a combination of both roles to assist in busy periods, covering sickness and annual leave whilst contributing to team development and achieving departmental KPIs.
Description of both roles:
Customer Service:
- The Customer Service Advisor is required to take care of all of the customers’ needs and provide up to date information, correct documentation and process all customer orders.
- To deal with all customer queries, in a timely manner, while ensuring the information is updated and accurate on their CRM.
- Excellent communication with their accounts department to make sure the order process flow is seamless.
- Helping to drive down the companies costs of purchasing, negotiating discounts where possible.
Internal Sales:
- Provide dynamic and motivational support to the external sales team to assist in exceeding Company targets and providing exceptional Sales & Customer Services.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
- Nurture existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to develop customer relationships.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Project Tracking activities and updating relevant information on CRM.
