I am currently recruiting for a company based in Stockton, who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their friendly progressive team.
Duties:
- Supervise and mentor the customer service and sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Assist in the continual upskilling and professional development of team members.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Provide cross-functional support, covering various departments as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and phone.
- Support the design, sales, and surveying teams with necessary assistance.
- Receive and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate placement with the correct suppliers.
- Verify site restrictions and manage logistics for timely and cost-effective material deliveries.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, investigating any discrepancies in material supply to ensure swift resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management, with a track record of successful leadership.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
