Senior Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

As a Senior administrator, the successful applicant will be expected to:
- Be motivated, committed and confident at liaising with other professionals.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Provide first class customer service to people that access our services and to act as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- Supervise operational tasks and report to the Admin Manager.
- Ensure that every customer contact leaves the customer feeling positive about their experience.
- Lead on recruitment into the administration team.
- Support the completion of quarterly workbooks and other data reports/requirements per request of commissioners and/or central office.
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing flexibly to assist with fluctuating workloads and delivery to deadlines.
- Support and/or undertake a number of administration functions within the office/service e.g., minute taking and recording, processes updates etc.
- Support triage, referral and allocation process of clients.
- Support initial risk assessment stage of clients and handover cases for Lead Worker/ Housing Solutions Services.
- Possess some understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people and the difficulties they experience in accessing services.
- Have the ability to empower individuals to make positive changes and a willingness to develop these valuable skills.
- Provide individual, tailored housing advice for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries.
- Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
