SalaryA renowned property multidisciplinary consultancy are now seeking a proactive and efficient Senior Administrator to support them based out of their central Birmingham office.
The Senior Administrator
The successful Senior Administrator will enjoy a varied role that they can make their own, they will work alongside the office manager performing a range of supporting tasks for the Directors and Surveyors throughout the company - not just limited to the Birmingham office.
The Senior Administrator must be highly organised, proactive and confident in taking charge of their own tasks and assisting the team with administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has previously worked within the property sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and producing documents
- Formatting reports, and ensuring confidentiality and accessibility where necessary
- Audio and copy typing
- Processing invoices, and reconciling receipts
- Diary management
- Arrange meetings
- Organise travel and accommodation
- Have a strong telephone manner
- Ensure documents are correctly filed and up to date
- Meet and Greeting visitors
Key skills of the Senior Administrator include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous admin experience within property or construction
- Microsoft 365 proficient (Word, Excel) and Adobe Pro

£25,000 - £30,000
