Senior Administrators to join our client's team.
Position: Senior Administrator (4 positions available)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with possible extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working - office base in EH8
Hours: 36 hours per week (flexibility on working hours)
Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage and respond to emails within designated mailboxes.
- Prepare and draft correspondence as required.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from stakeholders.
- Thoroughly review and analyse information to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with counsellors to support administrative tasks.
- Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution.
- Process and respond to Freedom of Information requests in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:- Proven experience in a senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
