Working in a small, very busy office, your duties will include:
- Providing administration support for business processes and procedures
- Being the main customer interface of the business
- Daily processing of sales orders on an in-house system
- Being the subject matter expert in administrative functions and leading their development
- Maintaining and administering policies, processes and procedures
- Day to day HR responsibility
- Recruitment and inductions
- Administration of health and safety matters ensuring compliance with safety legislation and regulatory standards
- Any other duties as requested by the MD and to support the General Manager
You will have:
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- HR experience and/or CIPD Level 3 or above
- A good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
In addition, you will have excellent customer service and IT skills along with a flexible attitude
