Description
The Senior Analyst Portfolio Accounting:
To perform complex procedures, analysis, and issue resolution to support the lifecycle of investments in a global infrastructure.
Perform cash/asset accounting and data responsibilities for assigned global accounts. Serve as a subject matter expert for confirming accurate cash and holdings for timely investing.
This includes daily transaction activity, security positions, cash balances, market values, etc..
Work in partnership with the Reconciliation team to make sure all records are accurate and reconciled with client and custodial books and records.
Help quickly resolve any applicable breaks or non-reconciled cash/positions through active ownership of any unresolved discrepancies.
Address all reconciliation, accounting and account related requests from investment teams and other stakeholders with prioritization and speedy resolution.
Interact with client teams/reporting.
Support global investment initiatives through participation in projects, development and implementation of new initiatives, process reviews and/or system enhancements.
Profile
For the Senior Analyst Portfolio Accounting:
3-5 years experience with in Investment Management/Mutual Funds.
Experience of Portfolio Accounting desirable as this will be a newly created function.
Financial Services experience
Derivatives product knowledge.
Charles River system experience useful
Eagle systems experience useful.
